WINES
Our 48 hectares of vineyards are dedicated to the following white grapes: Bianchello, Verdicchio, Chardonnay, Sauvignon e Moscato; and red grapes: Sangiovese, Montepulciano, Lacrima, Cabernet Sauvignon e Merlot.
We use grapes only from our own plants, which are cultivated according to a strict set of regulations to minimize environmental impact (plant-based fertilizers, non-chemical mechanized weeding…). All operations are closely and professionally monitored by our people, whose first passion is sustainable farming.

CENTRALIZED WINERY
Our winery relies on the most advanced wine-making technique, which is located at the heart of our vineyards to reduce the time from harvesting to the vinification process. The energy we use is produced by our 300Kw solar panels which are installed on some of our farm buildings. Among the various wine-making techniques, we use stainless steel tanks and rigorous thermal control during the fermentation and preservation processes, oxygen-free pressing, fermentation with select yeasts, and cold maceration.
The aging of our wines occurs in (stainless) steel, tanks, large and small French oak barrels, or in Italian oak barrels. Our aging process varies from 3 to 24 months depending on the type of wine in production..
